Terms of service

If the sample is rejected due to not enough blood being provided, Ten Drops will offer you to purchase a replacement kit. If your blood arrives haemolysed to the lab, you will be offered a free replacement. If you can not collect enough blood before sending the sample and request a refund, a £9 fee will be applied to cover the cost of the kit you received as it can not e returned to us. 

At Ten Drops, we have ZERO tolerance for bullying. In some cases, if this occurs, the sample will not be processed or reported.
